Plain steps for running a shop and for buying from one. For quick answers, see the FAQ.

For vendors

Open your shop, post and share products, and run it with your team.

Open your shop

  1. 1Register your interest on the Register interest page. We review it and send your invitation.
  2. 2Go to vendor.rizpay.shop and sign in with your RizPay email and your password or passcode.
  3. 3Enter your store name and store web address, then tap Open your store.
  4. 4Your store starts in review. You can set up your catalogue while our team approves it.

Post a product

  1. 1Tap Post in the bar at the bottom of your dashboard.
  2. 2Tap Add photos to choose from your gallery, or Take a photo.
  3. 3Add a caption if you like. The first line becomes the product name.
  4. 4Add a price if you like, in whole naira.
  5. 5Tap Post. The product goes live in your shop.

Use Ask for price

  1. 1Leave the price empty when you post.
  2. 2Shoppers see Ask for price on that product instead of a price.
  3. 3If your shop page has a WhatsApp contact, shoppers can tap Ask on WhatsApp to message you. Contact support to have your WhatsApp number added.

Share to WhatsApp Status or Instagram

  1. 1To share a product, open Catalogue, tap the product, then tap Share.
  2. 2Tap Share to Status or story and pick WhatsApp or Instagram, or tap Save story image to post it yourself.
  3. 3To share your whole shop, tap Share shop on your Overview.

Change a price, stock, or hide a product

  1. 1Open Catalogue and tap the product.
  2. 2Tap Edit price to change the price, or Stock to update what's left or mark it sold out.
  3. 3Tap Hide from shop to take it off your shop, and Show in shop to bring it back.
  4. 4For anything else, tap Open full editor.

Add the dashboard to your home screen

  1. 1Open vendor.rizpay.shop on your phone and sign in.
  2. 2On iPhone, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
  3. 3On Android, tap Install app when your dashboard offers it.
  4. 4Your store now opens in one tap, like any other app.

Invite your team

  1. 1Open Team. On your phone it is under More.
  2. 2Tap Invite teammate and enter their email address.
  3. 3Pick a role: manager, content and social media, catalogue, fulfilment or finance viewer.
  4. 4Tap Send invitation. They sign in with that email to accept.

For shoppers

Find a shop, ask about a product, pay safely and keep track of your order.

Find a shop

  1. 1Open the shop link the seller shared with you, like yourname.rizpay.shop.
  2. 2You can also tap the link on a seller's WhatsApp Status or Instagram story.

Ask for a price on WhatsApp

  1. 1On a product that shows Ask for price, tap Ask on WhatsApp.
  2. 2WhatsApp opens a chat with the seller about that product.

Buy and pay

  1. 1Tap Add to bag on the product you want.
  2. 2Open your bag and tap Checkout.
  3. 3Enter your name, email, phone and delivery address.
  4. 4Pay on the secure payment page. You don't need a RizPay account.
  5. 5If a shop has no checkout yet, message the seller to order.

Track your order

  1. 1After you pay, your order page shows Keep this link to check your order later.
  2. 2Tap Copy link and keep it somewhere safe.
  3. 3The link opens your order and its progress on any device for 90 days.

Contact the shop

  1. 1Use the WhatsApp or social links on the shop page to message the seller.
